Here's What I'm Looking For Next.

After 8 years with Disney (Product & Technology), my role has come to an end and its ok, I’ll be fine.

Disney+ - Launched November 12, 2019.

Getting hired by Disney in 2018 was a true bucket list moment. When my new hire package arrived, it included a handwritten note that said “Cross this off the Bucket list! Congrats!” That small personal touch made me feel truly valued and special. It instantly reminded me how meaningful it was to join such an iconic company and how I was going to pay this forward.

What stands out most is launch night in November 2019. It felt surreal. Millions of fans were about to step into a new Disney streaming home, and I was part of it. I was in the San Francisco war room supporting C suite executives and working alongside some of the brightest designers, engineers, and leaders in the industry. We all understood the stakes and the legacy we were carrying.

We all toasted to apple cider to celebrate with designers, PMs, engineers.

I built strong working relationships with many people in the San Francisco office and later with my direct enterprise design team. From there I grew into Technical Program Manager role. After the major restructuring, the newly formed enterprise design team was handling a large volume of complex work across multiple products but had no consistent system to track or show their output. I partnered with design leaders to build processes and custom dashboards from the ground up. That visibility helped leadership better understand team needs, which led to hiring additional resources.

I am now actively looking for new opportunities in:

  • Design Operations & Leadership
  • Technical Project Management
  • Program Management
  • Project Management
  • Operational Management
  • AI-enabled Operations & Workflow Automation

I’m especially interested in forward-thinking companies in streaming (Netflix, Apple TV, Max, etc.) as well as AI-forward organizations that are redefining how teams build and operate products.

I rebuilt my resume as a streaming experience. Would love for you to check it out: Interactive Resume.

I’m open to conversations with recruiters, hiring managers, or anyone doing meaningful work. I’m always happy to connect!

I’m also grateful for the journey at Disney and ready for the next chapter.

A layoff is a door closing. What you build next is the one you open yourself.
